· B.S. or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field 2-3 years software development experience with Salesforce.com.
· Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills to communicate with both technical and non-technical customers.
· SFDC Developer Certification or equivalent experience.
· In addition to technical skills, you must be a team player with a positive work ethic.
· Self-starter who is capable of working independently.
· Strong project leadership skills combined with strong business acumen coupled with in-depth analytical skills and diligent about maintaining development best practices.
· Solid organizational skills, multi-tasking, planning, coordinating aggressive schedules and providing excellent customer service levels.
